Degassing case studıes

In this project, two RTCs containing propylene required complete gas-freeing to enable non-routine maintenance activities.

A client required a temporary vapor recovery solution for an ethanol storage tank, designed to capture tank-breathing emissions and prevent atmospheric release during operations.

A 3,000 m³ tanker barge previously loaded with naphtha required degassing and purging before inspection and maintenance, targeting a vapor level below 10% LEL.

A 2,500 m³ vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) storage sphere required degassing to enable safe internal maintenance, with a target vapor concentration below 50 ppm.
