The Challenge

A 15,000 MT parcel of ultra-low-sulphur diesel (ULSD) was found to be off-spec on appearance, causing delays and potential downgrading losses. The customer required a rapid, on-site solution to restore product quality and meet delivery deadlines.

Equipment Deployed

AQ MarTest mobilized its mobile mechanical filtration units and operated 24/7 on-site over a two-week period. The system was configured to handle large flow rates and remove both visible and microscopic particulates, ensuring full process control and safety compliance.

Results Achieved

The filtration campaign successfully restored the diesel to specification, recovering the entire parcel without product loss.

The total treatment cost amounted to only 1% of the product value, delivering an exceptional cost-to-benefit outcome for the client.
