HR Professional

As an HR Professional, you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations of our Dutch organization. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers and will ensure that HR processes run correctly, efficiently and in compliance with Dutch legislation.
You work independently, take initiative and are able to handle both operational and administrative HR tasks.

Key responsibilites

  • End-to-end management of personnel administration.
  • Preparing and processing changes for payroll administration.
  • Proper management of personnel files.
  • Managing time registration and absences in Protime.
  • Managing and following up on HR processes in Cobra.
  • Managing employment conditions and employee insurance schemes, including pension, sickness absence and accident arrangements, together with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Advising managers on HR-related matters.
  • Following up on sickness absence, leave and reintegration processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with Dutch employment law.
  • Optimizing and professionalizing existing HR processes.

Requırements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in HR.
  • Experience with Cobra and Protime is not required but is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Dutch employment law.
  • Experience with sickness absence management.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Good command of Dutch and English.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Discreet and reliable.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.
