Create, monitor, and adjust the daily planning for operators and equipment.
Serve as the first point of contact for operators and project leaders regarding scheduling.
Coordinate with customers to translate their needs and deadlines into an accurate schedule.
Ensure optimal staffing and allocation of personnel and resources based on skills, availability, and safety.
Handle administrative processing of planning data and report to the Operations Manager while collaborating with HR and support teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with relevant planning experience (preferably in an operational/industrial environment).
Strong communication skills and able to coordinate smoothly between operators, customers, and management.
Stress-resistant, structured, accurate, and solution-oriented in a dynamic setting.
Fluent in Dutch and English; affinity with the maritime, chemical, or industrial sector is a plus.
Willing to work varying shifts (day/evening/night), with schedules provided 6 months in advance.
