Sales & Relationships: Actively approach new customers and build lasting relationships. Focus on cold prospecting and expanding the client base.
Promote Products: Bring innovative, technically strong products to market. Support industry sustainability.
Prospecting & Networking: Identify new clients and engage decision-makers. Build a strong network in key sectors.
Commercial Tasks: Prepare quotes and follow up on proposals. Log activities in the CRM and report to the CCO.
Collaboration & Communication: Work with operations and management to meet customer needs. Communicate professionally in Dutch and English
Experience: 3–5 years in a commercial role within maritime, industrial, or chemical sectors.
Hunter Mentality: Results-driven, energetic, and proactive in reaching out to clients.
Communication: Excellent, persuasive, and customer-focused skills.
Administration: Strong, structured, and thorough in follow-up and reporting.
Team & Mobility: Independent yet a team player, flexible, and willing to travel across Europe.
