data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Een klant in Nederland moest twee grote opslagtanks voor propyleen en een pijpleidingsysteem van 2 km in bedrijf stellen; deze waren volledig gevuld met stikstof.<\/p>\n<p>Het doel was om de stikstof snel te vervangen door propyleen en een zuiverheidsgraad van meer dan 99% te bereiken, waarbij het stikstofgehalte onder de 1% moest blijven, productverlies moest worden voorkomen en aan strenge emissienormen moest worden voldaan.<\/p>\n<p>De grootste uitdaging was om dit binnen een krappe deadline te realiseren, met behoud van veiligheid en volledige controle over de emissies.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06917a6 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ingezette apparatuur<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-259b327 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"259b327\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Group AQ implementeerde een gespecialiseerd cryogeen opgassysteem, ontworpen voor grootschalige propyleeninstallaties. De installatie omvatte een condensatie-eenheid voor het terugwinnen van propyleen, een verdampingssysteem en gecertificeerde roestvrijstalen aansluitingen. De druk, temperatuur en gassamenstelling werden continu gemonitord, met centrale besturing om de stabiliteit te waarborgen en emissies te minimaliseren.<\/p>\n<p>Strikte veiligheidsmaatregelen werden getroffen, waaronder gecertificeerde apparatuur, noodstopsystemen en volledige naleving van ATEX- en milieuregelgeving.<\/p>\n<p>Cryogene condensatie werd gekozen als de beste beschikbare technologie omdat deze verbranding vermijdt, geen schadelijke emissies produceert, de uitstoot extreem laag houdt en hergebruik van teruggewonnen propyleen mogelijk maakt.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5580fed e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"5580fed\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b0811f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8b0811f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Behaalde resultaten<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-daae4c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"daae4c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>De operatie leverde sterke technische, operationele en milieuvriendelijke resultaten op. Zowel de grote opslagtanks als de 2 km lange pijpleiding werden binnen 20 uur volledig in bedrijf gesteld, waarmee de strakke planning werd gehaald en onmiddellijke opstart mogelijk was.<\/p>\n<p>De uiteindelijke gaskwaliteit overtrof de eisen, met meer dan 99% propyleen en minder dan 1% stikstof. Er ging geen product verloren, alle propyleen werd teruggewonnen en hergebruikt, en er werd niets afgefakkeld of geloosd.<\/p>\n<p>De emissies bleven ruim binnen de limieten, er vond geen verbranding of CO\u2082-productie plaats en het proces toonde een hoog niveau van veiligheid, effici\u00ebntie en milieuprestaties.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
